Tekken 8 x Karate Kid: Legends 2025 (Los Angeles)

A High-Impact Retail Takeover at Westfield, Century City in Los Angeles.

 

To bridge the gap between competitive gaming and cinematic nostalgia, Bandai Namco and Sony Pictures launched a premier cross-promotional activation for Tekken 8 and the new Karate Kid film.

Prestige Marketing was responsible for the physical build-out and the specialized staffing required to manage a high-traffic retail environment while maintaining the “premium” feel of both brands.

Operating in a luxury retail environment like Westfield Century City required a build that would capture the attention of shoppers. To capture the attention of “incidental” foot traffic (shoppers) while providing a “destination” experience for hardcore fans we had to balance the aggressive, aesthetic of Tekken 8 with the refined, look of a major motion picture, in an open-air, 360-degree accessible space.

With multiple game stations available for both shoppers and fans alike as well as multiple other activations like your own screen printed t-shirt, custom confectionary and even a live DJ. Prestige was instrumental in executing on this campaign to promote the new film!
